Tips & Tricks for Cookie Kits
- Leave the icing at room temperature to have the right consistency.
- Gently massage the icing bags to re-incorporate the color when separation occurs (this is normal).
- Cut the tip of the icing bag: with the seam facing up, snip a VERY small bit (2-3 millimeters!) off the tip of the bag (you can always cut more later, if needed).
- Enjoy your cookies right away or let them dry overnight.
- Your cookies will stay fresh for up to seven days if stored in an airtight container.
- Remember, cookie decorating is like art, there’s no wrong way!
