Leave the icing at room temperature to have the right consistency.
Gently massage the icing bags to re-incorporate the color when separation occurs (this is normal).
Cut the tip of the icing bag: with the seam facing up, snip the very tip off (you can always cut more later, if needed).
Enjoy your cookies right away or let them dry overnight.
Your cookies will stay fresh for up to seven days if stored in an airtight container.
Remember, cookie decorating is like art, there’s no wrong way!
